Alice Spring NT and Surrounds is a contrast of natural attractions. Firstly, like its vast interior and the deep gorges with there dry river beds and the pictures desert landscapes. These are just a few of the things that makes this Region.  

And there are the mysteries of this endless outback.

The climate have formed the dry river beds that snake through the gorges.  As a result this, in these gorges a string of deep permanent waterholes have been produced. These waterholes has sustained life here for 30,000 years and are a welcome tourist attract for the visitor. 

A few other reasons why you must visit.

Firstly, after the rain, wildflowers spread across the red ground adding a riot of colours.

Secondly, the indigenous art coloured in dazzling hues – iron-red earth, blue sky, emerald water, mauve ridges and white trunk trees.

However, there are some that may disagree and have other reasons. In short, this is a must visit region.
