Experience the magic of Australia’s native wildlife at the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park, one of Kangaroo Island’s top tourist attractions. Home to over 150 species and more than 600 animals, this family-friendly park offers an unforgettable wildlife adventure for visitors of all ages.
Get up close with cuddly koalas, bouncy kangaroos, slithery snakes, adorable penguins, and many more unique creatures that call Australia home. The park provides hands-on encounters where you can hold a koala or even hold a wombat, making it the perfect destination for animal lovers and photographers alike.
Located in the heart of Kangaroo Island, the Park combines conservation, education, and fun in one incredible experience. Whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, or with family, this is a must-visit attraction to discover the beauty and diversity of Australian wildlife.
We recommend you allow at least 1.5 – 2 hours to visit the park and see all the animals, presentations and allow for encounter times.
We have a small selection of hot food, sandwiches, chips, cookies, icecream, hot and cold drinks. We have internal seating within the park grounds but currently no external seating. We currently do not have BBQ facilities.
