Bells Beach Great Ocean Road Tourist Attraction

Bells Beach is just five kilometres southwest of Torquay. Take the Bells Beach turn off, where the ocean views are great all year round.

The annual Rip Curl Pro, a WSL surfing event is held here every Easter.

The Bells Beach is located 103 kilometres west of Melbourne, approximately a one-hour twenty minute drive along the Great Ocean Road.

Spring is the best time to see the wildflowers in the cliff top heathlands.

Bells Beach comprises a high concentration of quality surfing spots. From Winkipop on the outer to Southside and the famous Bowl. In winter big swells and cold off-shore winds display Bells at it’s best.

The Surf Coast Walk also passes through this reserve. Great views of Bells beach and Winki Pop.

A way to see the Bells Beach is to book a tour through a tour operator, and enjoy the park.
